These terms cover the Tiska website and the waitlist. By using the site, you agree to them.
Who provides the site
The site belongs to Leeway, which operates Tiska. Contact details are at the end of this page.
Waitlist
- Joining the list is free.
- Being on the list doesn't guarantee access, a date or terms of use. We send invitations gradually.
- Each person signs up with their own name and email.
- To leave the list, write to [email protected].
Using the site
Don't use the site to:
- submit automated or bulk sign-ups;
- get around reCAPTCHA or the submission limit;
- interfere with the site or the waitlist.
We may block submissions that break these rules.
The product
The site describes a product under development. Features, timelines and terms may change before launch. Using the product will be subject to its own terms.
Brand and content
The Tiska brand, logo, text and images on this site belong to Leeway. Don't use them without permission.
Liability
We work to keep the site running and accurate, but it may go offline or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Leeway is not liable for losses caused by this.
Your data
What we do with your data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes and governing law
We may change these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top.
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the city of São Paulo/SP have jurisdiction.
