This policy covers the Tiska website and the waitlist.

Who looks after your data

Tiska is operated by Leeway, the controller of the data described here. Contact details are at the end of this page.

What we collect

  • Your name and email, when you join the waitlist.
  • IP address, date and time of each form submission.
  • Data read by Google reCAPTCHA on every page of the site: IP address, browser and device information, and how you use the page.

How we use it

  • Your name and email are used to let you know when your access is ready and to send your invitation. The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form.
  • IP and reCAPTCHA data are used to tell people from bots and to stop abuse of the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.

We don't send marketing and we don't sell data.

Cookies

The site doesn't set its own cookies and doesn't use audience analytics tools. Cookies are set by reCAPTCHA to run its check. Google processes this data under its privacy policy.

Who we share it with

  • Google, which operates reCAPTCHA.
  • Hosting and infrastructure companies that run the site and the waitlist.
  • The email service that will send your invitation.

These companies use the data only to provide their service. Some of them are outside Brazil, mainly in the United States, and these transfers follow the rules of the LGPD (Brazil's General Data Protection Law).

How long we keep it

  • Name and email: for as long as the waitlist exists, or until you ask to leave it.
  • IP address, date and time of submissions: 6 months, as required by Brazil's Internet Civil Framework (Marco Civil da Internet).

Your rights

At any time, you can ask for:

  • confirmation that we hold your data, and a copy of it;
  • correction of inaccurate data;
  • deletion of your data and removal from the waitlist;
  • the list of companies we share your data with.

Write to [email protected] from the email address you signed up with. We reply within 15 days.

Changes

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. If a change affects how we use your email, we'll tell everyone on the list beforehand.
